Dexter Crossing Road Repaving

Sealed Bids for Dexter Crossing Repaving will be received at the office of the City of Dexter until 2:00 pm local time, on July 1, 2021, by the office of the Interim City Manager located at 8123 Main Street, 2nd Floor, Dexter, MI, 48130. The approximate quantities of major items of work involved are as follows: 

11,750 syd of asphalt cold milling, 2,600 tons of HMA paving, concrete repairs and ADA ramp replacements on residential streets.

The Contract Documents for this project are on file and may be examined on Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN) after 2:00 pm, June 10, 2021. Bid Documents must  be obtained by registering for the MITN system as follows: Visit, select registration on the right of the page, and complete the vendor registration. For questions regarding

Bid Security in the form of a Certified or Cashier's Check or Bid Bond for a sum no less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid will be required with each Bid.  

The OWNER reserves the right to accept any Bid, reject any Bid, or waive irregularities in Bids. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of the Bids.
An optional pre-bid meeting is scheduled for this project on Tuesday June 15, 2021 at 9:00 am. The meeting will be held on site at the southernmost intersection of Wellington and Bristol in the City of Dexter.
